Everyday Emergency Kit for Families

This emergency kit for families is perfect for the whole family including new borns.  These remedies aim to cover most minor emergencies that life brings.  With this kit you can feel empowered to treat your family with these gentle remedies to get you through the night with colds, croup, teething and so much more.

Kit incudes:

• Aconite 200 – Fever remedy, shock, anything that comes on suddenly, anxiety. 
• Apis 200 – Bites & stings, allergic reactions. UTI’s. 
• Arnica 200 – Bumps & bruises, great trauma and pain remedy, post-surgery. 
• Ars alb 200 – Food poisoning, vomiting & diarrhoea, restlessness, clear mucus. 
• Belladonna 200 – Fevers, earaches, hot throbbing headaches and pain.
• Cocculus 200 – For motion sickness, give before trip and during if needed.
• Bryonia 200 – Constipation, headaches or gut pain or coughs etc that is better being still.
• Cantharis 200 – Burns of any kind, sunburn, UTI’s. 
• Chamomilla 200 – “Cranky Chamomilla”  Teething with one or two red cheeks, coughs, colds, rashes, in lots of pain.
• Drosera 30 – Dry, barking cough, whooping cough remedy. 
• Giardia 1M – Gastro treatment & prevention.  If anyone has gastro the others take this.
• Hepar sulph 200 – Sore throat, wet chesty cough, croup, tonsillitis remedy.  Better warm drinks.
• Histamine 200 – The natural ‘anti-histamine’ remedy, hay fever. 
• Merc sol 30 – Mouth ulcers, swollen glands, lots of saliva with teething. 
• Ledum 200 – Anti-tetanus remedy, mosquitos, spiders & ant bites, black eyes. 
• Phosphorus 200 – Coughs, colds, sore throats, chesty cough – Wanting cold drinks.  Fear of thunder, dark etc
• Pulsatilla 200 – “Sooky Pulsatilla”  Snotty, clingy, weepy, sinus issues.  Separation anxiety, measles, chicken pox.
• Rhus tox 200 – Injuries to joints and ligaments, lower back pain, rashes. 
• Spongia 200 – Dry cough, part of our croup remedies. Can alternate with Hep Sulph.
• Sulph 30 – Skin conditions, infections that spread, after antibiotics. 

The remedies come in sucrose pills in bottles with a screw top lid for easy handling.  Your little ones will love these pills so keep them out of reach so they don’t eat them all.  This has happened many many times.
